The Ball

So we had the ball last night and it was good fun. I literally spend almost 5 hours prepping and making myself beautiful. Now that I think back it's quite ridiculous but than again it was good to be pampered once in a blue moon.

I got my nails done first and right afterwards I went to the salon and had my hair and make up done - I think I was at the salon for almost 2 hours and half of the time was spent waiting! There were 4 other ladies in the salon getting the same package as me and my stylist told me that they were all going to the same ball! Thankfully I didn't regconised any of them otherwise it would have been pretty awkard and funny.

I couldn't make up my mind which hair style to go for so I let the stylist did whatever suits my hair best. She did a soft curls up do for me which I quite like it. The make up though was pretty fantastic - The lady who did my make-up was pretty good. She did the smokey eyes effect on me and she aadded on the fluttery fake eyelashes which I thought it came out pretty nice. And I got free blusher and eyeshadow out of it so double bonus.
