It is remembrance day in OZ today. There were donations going around on the streets and with every donation you give, you'll get a red flower. John wore his little red flower on his suit jacket, I thought it looked nice on his outfit.
I spent the friday arvo at the Tattersals club for a company event. We played lawn bowls, drank to free bar tabs and ate yummy barbie food. It was just lovely to be out of the office for a change. We divided ourselves into groups and had a lawn bowls competition. My team called ourselves 'The Zinc Warriors' hence the zinc stripes on our face. Silly oI' me had forgotten all about the zinc stripes and walked around town the whole evening with a painted face. Nice.
