booties for the tootsies

I'm loving my new Peter Alexander red boots that I bought to wear at home. So girly, so red, so me.

As you know we are now coming into winter months and it gets cold around the house and these new boots are great to keep my tootsies warm.

I've only got them yesterday and its 'new-ness' (is that even a word?) got short lived when I accidentally dropped a piece of oiled spud on my right boot and stained a good blotch on it! I could almost feel my jaw dropped to the floor. No matter how hard I tried cleaning it, the stain stays.

Oh the story of my life.

    Gorgeous booties!! Great colour! Have u tried using a suede brush or eraser? Might be able to get that blotch out. It happened to me too.. Hehe

    Thanks love, yeah i did! My hubby has them and I tried it, it did took abit of the edge but the stain is still there. Shattered but oh well, my consolation is that it will get dirty one day anyways. LOL

    chanced upon ur blog from lady j! anyway, i love these red booties. reminds me of the little red riding hood, except it's boots for this case! too bad we dont have nice and cooling weather in singapore :(

    is there a shop that you can go to get rid of the stains?

    Thanks for visiting my humble blog blisschic.. Well, I could send them to the dry cleaners as I believe they have proper tools and chemicals to clean suede but I might just live with it for now.. Too much effort! lol
