This weekend, we took little toad out to a nearby waterfront park for lunch. It would be her first time going out, although she was asleep most of the time. We didn't want to venture far with a two week old baby yet but thought it would be a shame not to take advantage of such good weather so a nice stroll out in the park would be lovely. It was also good that I get out for some fresh air after being stuck at home the entire week, well two weeks for that matter.
We had a nice lunch, hubs and I while bubs was having a snooze in her pram. Not before long when she started wailing in the car while on our way home. Thankfully, it was only a 5 min drive. Our ears were spared - as sound tend to amplify when you're in a small space so I couldn't be any happier when we finally pulled up the driveway! That baby has some lungs I kid you not.
