hello?

I really ought to blog more but I've really been pre-occupied with heaps of things after we got back from New Zealand. With me returning to work and mum arriving and living with us for the next three months, it's all full on going.

The past few weeks since returning from our holiday were mainly me trying to spend as much time as possible with bubba before returning to work. I had this big guilt over shadowing me about returning to work so early so I was making up to her by spending as much time as I can. However, after reading another fellow mummy Y's blog, it was quite reasasuring to know that returning back to the workforce is not so bad and having my mum here to look after her while I'm at work also put a peace of mind, knowing that she's in safe hands! I am already back at work for 2 weeks now and honestly, it's not that dreadful. It's quite liberating actually - Being a working mum sits well with me, I enjoy the hours away from bubba, making useful of myself and then returning home, putting my mummy apron on and spend that few precious hours with her before putting her down to bed. I think it's all about finding the balance and once I got the hang of it and sort a routine for myself, I was pretty much set and comforable. Beside, I'm only back doing part time so it's a win win really. It also makes the time when I get to be with her that so much special :)

Anyway, I now leave you a couple photos of Scarlett with her cousin Grace and Aunty Robyn taken last month in NZ. Have a lovely one all.
