[Weekend Series]: Pinic luncheon

We are trying to savour the last few moments of the wonderful autumn weather before it gets too cold. Kings Park has and always be our favourite haunt.

Whats not to love about that fantastic place? It’s free, it’s beautiful and you get to spend a lazy afternoon sitting on the grass, enjoying the breeze, watch your toddler run about on the lawn and devour the array of food you packed along.

This weekend I made an extra effort to make some curry egg mayo sandwiches, cheese and crackers, bread and cut up fruits and packed them into my picnic basket. Most of the time we’d just go without any food because it’s usually a spontaneous decision but this time we made plans to go there a day in advance so that left me a bit of time to prepare.

It was lovely. Best times are always spend simply with my little family. Nothing in the world matters as long as I am with this two.

I'm leaving you with a funny video clip of a happy Scarlett dancing to the music of her toy.
