Alive and well

Oh hi! How have you been? I’m not sure if you’re still reading this but if you are like my hubby, who is a fan of my blog and the only person I know who keeps coming in here with hopes that it would get updated, then congratulations, today is your lucky day.  However if you’re not, I don’t blame ya.

Well, you know, I have other important fish to fry so everything else in life takes precedence over blogging. So sometimes I really don’t know how other mum’s out there could blog constantly because I sure as hell couldn't find that extra time to do so!

Lots have been happening in our lives and it’s all good. In the last couple of months we have managed to squeeze in a long needed holiday and caught up with families and close friends, which are always awesome.  Even though the holiday destination was still within the country, it was someplace we've never been before and it was still amazing. Australia is a beautiful country and each state is so different so you feel as though you have gone somewhere else.

This time, we visited Port Douglas in Northern Queensland and it’s so so beautiful up there! It was also the right time of the year to go, weather wise, and we had a lot of fun. But we could do without some things, like Scarlett’s clingyness and nonstop whining, but it was still considered a tops holiday. 

Oh, another thing that happened lately was that our very own Scarlybum turned three and we had a one helluva celebration. It was epic! I will get to that once I've transferred all the photos onto my computer and like I said, blogging DOES take a lot of time so be patient people! J

I hope you like my new interface. I thought I'd zooshed it up a little and it would perhaps incline me to update here more often. It just might! Its still work in progress so please bear with me :)
