I thought I’d better checked in and give a bit of an update. But firstly, OMG it’s already February! Where did January go?
But having said that though, I’m glad January has come and
gone. There were a lot of activities happened in the first month of this
year. To name a few, we have finally obtained our Australian
citizenship and are now officially Australian.
I have already been in my new job for two weeks now and there was a few
adjustment needed due to that, mainly trying to establish a new routine.
It has been quite overwhelming on my first week at the job, trying to get up to speed and adjusting to a whole lot of new things: new people, new boss, new environment can somewhat be stressful. Now that I’m half-way settled in my new job, I can say that I am feeling much better. My new workmates are nice, or seem nice anyway so that’s a good thing.

I’ve also just joined a gym near my office and that’s great
because I can still keep up with my fitness, which is my top priority this year
for very good reason.
So that pretty much sums up my first month of
the year and you can clearly see I’ve been keeping busy. Already, I’m longing
for a holiday! We actually do have a planned mini holiday in Margaret River in April over the Easter weekend–
should be fun!
