Johan's housewarming

One of my team mate, Johan, hosted his housewarming last friday. He is the newest member in our team who is here on a secondment from Sweden.

Johan is one of the best host that i've ever seen. He provided all the booze, the nibbles/dips and he also made everyone pizza and an applecrumble pie. In Australia, when you go to someone's party, you'd normally bring something with you, generally alcohol or anything that you fancy bringing like food, but Johan insisted that we don't as he's going to be providing all that. He said that in Sweden, the host provides everything for the party and the guests just turn up and have a great time. God bless the Swedish.

We had a rocking good time there until John went abit clumsy (read: drunk) and knocked my glass of wine all over me while we were playing drinking games and that was a sure-tell sign for us to go home. It was pretty late by then anyway so it was a good time to call it a night.

By the way, Johan's pizza and applecrumble pie were ammaazing! I'm very impressed with Johan that he can really cook. I've been bugging him to share his recipe with me so when I get my hands on them, will definitely share it here.
