Jacaranda Festival 2010. Spending my afternoon at the festival drinking milkshakes, checking out stalls, buying bargain goods and holding snakes. It would be my first seeing reptiles at a festival. They had a stall set-up for raising awareness and charity for native wldlife. I thought it was quite cool, something you don't typically see at a festival. I think snakes are very fascinating creatures. This would be me holding my 5th and smallest python. I was definitely mesmerised.

  1. you brave girl! the last time I used my finger to prod a snake (can't bring myself to hold them) was when I was a teeny tiny kiddo. the older I get, the more I fear snakes! anyway, I'm very jealous about the sun you're getting there......
