We had a quiet Australia Day this year, which was nice for a change. We had plans to do picnic at Kings Park and watched fireworks there but changed our minds because I was not feeling too colourful.
We stayed home, ate home-made pizza infused with truffle oil (delish!), hang out with the kitties, and watched fireworks at the foreshore near home. It was really nice to have a quiet relaxing day to ourselves.
