Oh I have not forgotten about you my dear blog. I have been feeling under the weather lately and the recent sweltering hot weather is not helping either. I am already so looking forward to Autumn to be honest, because with this hot and muggy climate, I seriously can't be bothered to do anything, and that includes cooking. It's just insane to be standing infront of the stove in this heat! Like, seriously.
Anyway, we went out to dinner last night. It was like 40 degrees and humid so the idea of cooking dinner was definitely not promising. So Italian cuisine at Spaghi it was.
We had Spaghetti Marinana, Blue Crab Squid Ink pasta and some garlic bread to share. I've always been a big fan of Italian food so I was definitely a happy camper last night.
Happy that I didn't have to cook in the gross heat and happy that I get to stuffed my face silly with Italian food. Can't get better than that.
