Weekend series: Indoor playcentre

The 0 - 5 years old play area - fenced (3-5 yr old area is the one at the back)

0-2 year old play area - Spot Scarlett!

What do you do when it's roasty hot outside but yet want to go out and do something with your bubba? Well, you go to an indoor playground of course!

And the good thing about this is, there are plenty of indoor playcentres in Perth. We have two that are very close to where we live and we visited one of them this weekend. We didn't want to let the weather stop us from taking Scarlett out doing something fun so this place was the best place to be on a hot hot day. Indoor, cool and lots of toys to play. Its like a children's fantasy land in there.

The Jungle playground for the older kids.. very very popular.. and noisy!

Very happy with the little scooter! Loved pushing it around just like the one we have at home!

and off she goes, pushing it around like a boss!

I wasn't sure how Scarlett would take to this place at first but well, what was I thinking? Children and toys are made for each other. She went wild in there! She loved it! It was so funny to watch! I had a ball watching her play! She entertained me more than I did to her.. LOL!

Knock knock.. whos there??

It's ME MUMMY! LOL!

OH YEAAH!! THIS RIDE IS AWESOME!

Scarlett also discovered the slide for the first time. And guess what.. SHE LOVED IT! John sat on top of the slide and gently pushed her down and she went nuts! She kept climbing up for more and more and it was hilarious! That look on her face was priceless! I was giggling so hard while taking this photo. It was such joy watching her having so much fun!

WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!

Yes, so all in all, this was a successful trip. We had fun, adults included. This place is great for kids. It is not only a play centre, it could also hold children birthday parties, gatherings that sort of thing. I see alot of mothers arrange for a coffee catch-up there while their kids went off and play. It's also great for those mothers who have independent toddlers who don't mind playing on their own or with other children in the fenced up play area while they sit at the table just outside the fence, have their coffee, chat while keeping an eye on their kids. Its a fabulous idea!

And the best thing is, it's cheap! Entrance fee is ridiculously cheap. It only cost $16 for all three of us. I think this place will soon become our regular haunt!

Here's a short video clip I took of Scarlett having a ball at the slide! Too funny!
