What's been happening..

I finally made the seafood dishes that I learned from class last weekend. It went swimmingly well. It's really easy to put together, just a lot of prep work needed. They were so good! The only fault I would give would be, there were simply not enough of it! 

Mum has been on a knitting frenzy the last month and to date, she has knitted four cardigans for Scarlett. I guess it gives her something to do during the week while we are at work. The one in the photo here is knitted by her with cable stitch. Simply gorgeous! Hand-knitted cardigans are hands down the best.

We're lucky that both my mum and mum-in-law are excellent knitters. I think I should start to learn to knit soon!
