Kindy and new developments

I think Miss Bossy's first week of Kindy went pretty well. She seemed to be very happy whenever we picked her up this week and she's already forming her own set of friends, including her bff, miss chubby cheeks of course.  I'm not sure if I'm just being observant or maybe it really is that she's beginning to speak a lot more in sentences than ever before.

She's also starting to draw and doodle a lot more than she used to. She has been seen a lot with a notebook in hand and always drawing something, but lately it's spiders. And I was thoroughly impressed that she drew a spider (with eyes!!) as it has always been random lines and squiggles. This is very new to me. I actually thought it was John who drew them! Haha

She started to count beyond 10 today, well at least it was my first time ever hearing her count to twenty! And she's also mastered a few songs that she could actually sing from start to finish - it used to be only twinkle little star. 

Ahhh the joys of being a parent to a toddler. You get to discover new things and development every day and it's such a wonderful thing! Like magic!

They painted nails at Kindy this week and that blew her mind. She kept saying 'look mummy so pretty!'

We are loving this age. They are so fun and cuddly. Even when they also have the tendency to drive you up the wall very much, the good times wins hands down!
